IGMA Committees and Committee Chairs Roles and Responsibilities

Except for the Executive Committee and Nominating Committee whose composition is set forth in the Bylaws, in accordance with IGMA’s Bylaws, membership in all committees, councils and task groups is approved by the Board or by the President, subject to the Board’s authority to remove any member. Membership is for a term of one year, unless otherwise provided or unless a committee or task group is earlier terminated. Members may be reappointed to membership.
